About Raja Bali
Quiet and peaceful with a cozy garden, restaurant Raja Bali is a space dedicated to the authentic Indonesian cuisine. Inspired by their trips to the East, the founders have made a refined selection of traditional dishes.
A team of chefs with rich experience lead by Head Chef Aulin Anne, revive daily their memories of Indonesia by recreating the impressive specialties of six different islands – Java, Sumatra, Bali, Maluku, Kalimantan and Mentawai. The philosophy behind these tasteful culinary masterpieces is slow cooking. The herbs and spices which make the magic happen are typical for the Indonesian cuisine and are straightly imported from there. All ingredients used are of the highest quality. The dishes have moderate spicy nuance for more excitement and the desserts add the final sweet touch.
The food can be accompanied by craft beers, a special selection of wines and exceptional cocktails. The coffee imported from Sumatra completes the experience.
