Bodega Slivnitsa

The story of Spanish restaurants Bodega starts in Varna during the summer month of May back in 2009 . The ambition of the owner is to bring the best of the Spanish culinary art in Bulgaria by combining quality Spanish ingredients and traditional Bulgarian tastes. Bodega in Spanish means cellar. Restaurant Bodega offers tapas - bites of traditional Spanish food, starters, deserts, meat, fish, traditional Spanish meals, the famous Spanish hammon, cheese, paella and a wide range of Spanish wines. The success behind the first Bodega leads to the opening of a second restaurant - this time in Sofia which opened doors back in 2010 followed by two more restaurants in Sofia - one opposite the Russian church and another one on 6 Tsar Asen street both opened in 2014. The restaurants has been nominated as the best chain of restaurants in Bulgaria for 2014. The unique interior and ambience combined with original menu and excellent service makes Bodega a special place for any occasion.
