Bistrot Europe is established in 1932 and the original sign still standing on the wall is a symbol of what it was but also of what it stands for today. The restaurant follows French rules without forgetting Bulgarian culinary traditions. Its dishes boast Bulgarian ingredients and French techniques. Its desserts are made in house. And the appraisal for the chef - Philip Spasov is never enough.
